The diagnostic is free and always will be. The four-session programme is a single fixed investment — no lengthy retainer, no ongoing commitment unless you choose it.
Identify the single lever with the highest systemic impact right now — before deciding anything else.
Not a 12-month retainer. Four targeted sessions — each with a specific tool and a specific outcome. From pattern identified to pattern shifted, in the shortest time possible.
For clients who've completed the four core sessions and need structured accountability to maintain what they've built — and catch the drift early if it starts returning.
The diagnostic is the starting point for the four sessions — we use it in session one. You can take it before reaching out, or we can go through it together. Either way, having your results before the first session makes that session more productive.
Yes — all four sessions are available online throughout South Africa, equally to face-to-face in Tshwane. Both deliver the same process and the same outcome. You choose what works for your schedule and location.
Sessions one and two can be close together — one to two weeks apart. Sessions two and three need more space: two to three weeks for the HeartMath practice to settle and the micro-experiments to run. The full programme typically spans six to ten weeks.
Coaching. FlipTheDrift looks forward — at patterns, experiments, and what you're building. It draws on psychological frameworks (Kegan, psychosynthesis, HeartMath) but it isn't therapy and isn't a substitute for it. If you're dealing with clinical mental health challenges, therapy first.
Between sessions two and three especially, things surface. The hidden assumption activates in real situations — at work, at home — and having a channel to process that with Theo between sessions makes a real difference to how the micro-experiments land.
Hold the Line is designed for clients who've completed the four core sessions. The accountability is structured around the specific hidden assumption and compound patterns that those sessions surface — without that foundation, it's just general check-ins rather than targeted drift maintenance.
It identifies the single lever with the highest systemic impact right now — before you decide anything else.
